Simply Wing Chun is a small friendly class specialising in the traditional martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Wing Chun is a simple and practical self defence style suitable for adults of all ages. You don't not have to be fit or strong to take part - just keen and enthusiastic. We are always looking for new members to join us so if you have always wanted to learn a martial art, now is the time!

This style was invented around 300 years ago by a Buddhist Abbess! So it is certainly a style that is adaptable to all statures of people.
